Sandra has been the most reliable, honest and hard working agent. I had another agent lined up before you and I felt like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. When I switched to working with Sandra that all changed. She went far above and beyond what she needed to do I order to help get my home ready for the market and sold. She has incredible knowledge about the housing market, she knows what buyers are looking for and she’ll always keep it real with you which I appreciated every step of the way. If you aren’t using Sandra and your selling or buying agent you might want to second guess yourself.

Sandra was great when she helped us sell our home and purchase our current house. After a couple of years my wife and I applied for a refi. We thought the appraiser low balled our home value so we disputed the appraisal. Even after a couple of years of minimal communication, Sandra was an invaluable resource during our refi process. Sandra provided us with comparables that led to a higher appraisal. Thanks Sandra!!!

Camila and Sandra responded quickly to all calls, text and emails. They were very understanding, truly professional making it as stress free as possible. Their homeowners were selling and buying out of the area, so as you can imagine lots of pressure to make sure all the pieces line up perfectly… Happy to say that we made it to the end and they handled everything just right to make sure the sell and purchase of the new home happened con-currently with no hiccups. The market was super crazy and she guided us on how to be competitive and through all the the ups and downs of finding our forever home. Jenn I as knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. She put up with my never ending questions and on the spot tours of houses. Jenn still checks in and offers support a year after buying. I am pleased to report that she is still working very hard to serve the needs of her clients. She goes way beyond most realtors I have experienced. Her local knowledge is top notch, she is very familiar with the process and bumps that can occur and has often anticipated an issue and has a plan to deal with it in reserve. She is very responsive to questions and issues and is a good negotiator. We (as demonstrated by using her again) highly recommend her, regardless whether you are buying or selling. In both cases, we sold the property quickly and over the asking price, a price I might add which we felt was reasonable given market timing and conditions.
